Chairman Yang Hongwei, was born in Yongsheng, Lijiang, China and is a current member of the China Association for Promoting Democracy. She received a master diploma in education management and is an associate research fellow in Yunnan. Madam Yang is the Chairman of Yunnan Hanwen Education Investment Group as well as the Chairman of Yunnan University of Business Management, Yunnan Medical Health College and Yunnan Polytechnic College, concurrently serve as member of the Yunnan Provincial Education Advisory Committee, distinguished expert of the Science, Education, Culture, Health and Sports Committee of CPPCC Yunnan Provincial Committee, deputy director of the Social Councilor Committee of Yunnan’s China Vocational Education Society, vice president of the Council of Yunnan Private Education Association, representative of the People's Congress of Wuhua District, member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the Development of Private Education in Yunnan Province, vice president of the Governing Council of Provincial Private Entrepreneurs Association, vice president of the Aging Industrial Development Association in Yunnan Province, etc.

Chairman Yang Hongwei has devoted her life to private education for more than 27 years and has great experiences, thoughts, and theories in private education. In her career, Chairman Yang has won various awards such as "Huang Yanpei Vocational Education Award for Outstanding Principals", “Yunnan Educational Merit Award”, "Excellent Individual Award in Chinese Private Education" "Star Award of Starting Business and Employment for Graduates of Colleges and

Universities", " Yunnan Youth Entrepreneurship Provincial Governor Award", "March 8th Award of Yunnan Province”, “First Prize of Yunnan Teaching Achievement Award”, “Tencent Education Industry Outstanding Personnel Award in 2018", and other honorary titles.

Chairman Yang Hongwei is full of confidence, love, responsibility, awe, enterprise and gratitude towards education.
